seeing cousins who got fatter than me...
having the only truck that can tow a sled with 10 people on it up a snow/ice mountain.
flying down same mountain on a damn tire innertube that has no regard for my safety whatsoever...
going about 60 mph on said tube and meeting a tree and surviving same...

seeing 3 pileated woodpeckers in my woods today
having to go to the nursing home where my dad died to talk about old bills...and sitting in the parking lot for almost an hour before going in...remembering 2 years of visits...who visited ...and then just going in. it was an odd feeling. but happy i did it without a total melt down.
thinking that 2 years isn't that long...but can be a lifetime. happy that it was almost a lifetime.

saving money on my auto insurance by taking a class for 2 days
a rouge large cat sleeping in my mud room even though i have to keep the door part way open and i left the heat on there so he will be comfortable- flip side is- if he leaves in the middle of the night- i have a dozen other animals in there...
